Hunt Wofford

Hunt knows that a divorce is one of the most emotionally demanding tests most of his clients will ever face. He appreciates the trust his clients place in him to assist them with establishing and pursuing goals during this most trying time. Hunt has been a trial lawyer since 1996 and has been representing family law clients since 2001.

Hunt is recognized by the North Carolina State Bar as a Family Law Specialist, is a certified Family Financial Mediator as well as a Superior Court Mediator. He is also a trained collaborative lawyer. While Hunt’s primary area of practice is in litigation, he also helps clients to reach their goals outside of court through negotiation and mediation. Hunt is a frequent speaker on family law topics at continuing legal education seminars. Hunt has served on the Board at Theatre Charlotte, North Carolina’s oldest active community theatre and was a founding Board Member at The Lunch Project, a nonprofit organization that provides school lunches to students in Tanzania, East Africa.
